Improving Your Home For Better Health

Now that many of us are home due for quite some time, our homes have turned into offices, workout spaces, classrooms and more! As we think about the increased time we will spend in our homes, it’s important to really consider more now than ever before how our home environment can impact our health.

Although we can not control what is going on in the world we can control one thing, our home - internally and physically. Here are some things you can start doing to improve the quality of your home:

  • Open the windows and get fresh air
  • Take your shoes off at the door
  • Switch to chemical free cleaners (THIEVES!)
  • Buy plants
  • Declutter
  • Clean and vacuum often
  • Use wool balls instead of dryer sheets
  • Get your diffusers going in every room to purify and clean the air
  • Play music that makes you happy
