Green Juice For Your Immune System

To keep my immune system strong and healthy I am washing my hand more frequently, eating more fresh fruit and vegetables, increasing my supplements, using essential oils & juicing more now than ever.

My favorite juice recipe that I am currently drinking daily is my very own creation that I think not only tastes amazing but makes me feel on top of the world:

Celery, cucumber, spinach, kale, ginger & lemon. Simple and great for your immune system. Getting a juicer was the best investment my boyfriend & I made. We juice whenever we want and can have as many as we want especially after being apart of a local CSA we have tons of vegetables at all times.

This is the juicer we decided to get and it has been a GAME CHANGER! We decided on getting a commercial juicer which was of course more expensive than one you can get at bed, bath & beyond but we figured it is an investment towards our health and will last us a lifetime.
